Two king bedrooms, the larger one has an extra alcove room with day bed, and full bathroom off the hallway equally accessible to both. Living room has a love seat pullout for 1 person if needed.
$15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! Additional vehicles will have to park on-street where parking is free around the home.

When we arrived the kitchen floor had a severe lean and the penthouse had no cable. Disappointed in the online listing.
