Redbird Landing is a 1,245 sq. ft. refurbished Fleetwood Festival situated on a 140-acre exotic wildlife ranch in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, featuring private river frontage just a short walk away. This charming caravan includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests.
Inside, you`ll find a spacious great room with a cozy living area, a dining area with a built-in hutch, a fully functional kitchen, and a coffee bar. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features stacked bunk beds, and the third bedroom includes two full-sized twin beds. The game room offers additional sleeping space with a daybed that converts into two full-sized twin beds. A laundry room is also available for your convenience.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a covered porch, a back deck, and a large crushed gravel patio equipped with a charcoal swing-away grill, a Blackstone griddle, a large picnic table, and a fire pit, perfect for gatherings and outdoor dining.
