About this house rental
Come enjoy the peaceful porch while listening to the sound of the river and birds. Whether you love to kayak, fish, bird watch, shop or hike, there will be something you love to do near this quaint bungalow on the Llano river.
A cactus garden will greet you with a well lit front porch. Each bedroom has its very own bathroom. One bedroom features a super comfy king size bed with a bunk bed while the other has a queen size bed that's just as comfy. In the hallway, you'll find a washer and dryer with laundry soap. The kitchen comes equipped with a standard ground coffee maker, small microwave, oven and toaster along with plenty of plates, cups and mugs for a nice dinner at the table. In the living area, there is a nice leather couch and cute little chairs, but we expect you will spend most of your time on the spacious porch with two hammocks along with outdoor sitting. Enjoy the fire pit at night while staring in awe at the phenomenal stars. Don't forget firewood! The river is just a 300 ft walk downhill on a cleared trail behind the home. Scott's crossing is just a short walk out the front door and for deeper waters, you can drive up one crossing to Scheider's slab where locals enjoy a cool dip in the river. We have 3 kayaks & a kayak tote for your use.

Found this cute place close to the Llano River. Decided it was the perfect location to the Llano Crawfish Festival (only 8 minutes away)Slept all 4 of us comfortably and could sleep a lot more. The host quickly responded to any questions I had. Would definitely rent again!!

So clean and great place to relax. The river is low but there were pockets we were able to fish. And the added bath bombs were cool. Thanks

House is cute but a little misleading from the pictures. There are neighbors on each side of the house, with a little walk down to the river. The shower curtain was dirty, difficult to manage around the rod, and really tall which is frustrating to find out after you get in. Country life is expected to have some bugs but there was an abundance after we found three scorpions, the last on our pillow. The positives were the porch is large and was a great place to watch a thunder and lightning storm and wildlife come up to the yard to visit. There are a lot of different activities to check out in the area so felt like a good mid point between it all.
