By Le Bourdic River and surrounded by vines and the Garigue is located this former mill dating from the 18th century that has been fully renovated and carefully fitted and that will offer your calm and relaxation.
There is a garden level with spacious 90 m² living room that preserved its exposed beams and fireplace, well fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor with private shower room and 2 with Jacuzzi bathroom that constitute a private area directly opening onto the outside, television room, large patio with 9x5 m Spa pool well protected from the Mistral and covered terrace with barbecue, shower and toilet. The vestiges of the mill have been preserved and are visible: authenticity guaranteed. We are 40 minutes from the high-speed train station of Nîmes or Nîmes-Garons Airport.

This is a fabulous property. Lovely pool, loads of space, masses of kitchen equipment. Perfect for us - 6 adults and 3 children. There is air conditioning in some of the bedrooms, this maybe needs to be extended to all of them. Nevertheless i would highly recommend Moulin Grisel.

Great location close to Usez, perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stuffed, the property beautiful and spacious. Etienne was very helpful and responsive. Perfect stay!

Lovely property, great location with lots to do. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend for a group of friends or family. The coast was also just over an hour away, we thoroughly enjoyed the region and the house.

A very nice stay at Moulin Grisel. A lovely large renovated water mill with salt water pool big enough to enjoy with a large group. The removable gate around the pool is perfect if coming with small children. A nice plancha too for cooking outside. Everything worked well and nice towns in close proximity. Uzés is very close and is a very nice town with plenty to do. Highly recommend staying here!
