About this villa rental
Charming villa located between Uzes and Avignon, with private heated swimming pool. No vis-à-vis, and unobstructed view as far as the Cévennes.
It has 7 bedrooms (sleeps 14). Ideal for 8 adults and 6 children.
First floor: super-equipped kitchen open to the dining room, living room, WC, night hall leading to 2 bedrooms and a shower room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom and shower, WC.
The first floor and 1st floor have a heating-cooling floor on a heat pump.
Garden level ("youth area"/dormitory) - accessible via the first floor or via independent entrance on the side of the house: air-conditioned common room with hot air/cold air with 2.5m bay window, 3 small bedrooms open to the common room (no individual windows but VMC air renewal system in each), shower room with WC, TV room with sofa bed.
Heated 10x5 swimming pool, pool cloakroom with shower, cupboards and toilet (pool in wintering from November to April).
Summer terrace and garden furniture facing the pool, and protected winter terrace, plancha.
Garden with badminton net, petanque court and billiards
Private parking, including carport for 2 cars.
"Baby friendly" accommodation: 2 cots with mattresses and sheets, 2 high chairs, 2 deckchairs, Babycook, baby bath, changing cushions.

The house looks even better than expected and we were truly blown away by the beautiful view into the landscape of Provence! The house is very well equipped with decent bikes amongst other things with which we comfortly visited Pont du Gard. We frequently travelled by Bus (1,5 € per ride) to visit Uzès, Nîmes and Avignon which was very convenient, too. As a young group of people, we fully recommend this property to everyone and would definetely book this house again!

Beautiful house set in a small village overlooking fields and sunflowers. Very well equipped house, perfect for a stay with friends/family. Very charming and welcoming hosts. Will definitely come back!
