About this house rental
Welcome to an authentic 18th-century Provençal farmhouse (mas), nestled in peaceful countryside and sleeping up to 14 guests across 3 independent cottages.
The property faces due south, surrounded by vineyards and bordering a woodland to the north, with wide open views over the surrounding landscape. It is located just 2 km from Cavillargues, a charming village of 800 inhabitants typical of the South of France, with all essential amenities nearby.
The mas comprises 3 fully self-contained cottages with no overlooking neighbours — perfect for a family holiday or a trip with friends, with privacy guaranteed for everyone.
Each cottage has been carefully crafted in the finest Provençal farmhouse tradition: exposed stone walls and lime-rendered vaults, open timber beams, encaustic cement or terracotta floor tiles, polished concrete in the kitchens, travertine stone bathrooms…
Outside, guests can enjoy shaded garden seating areas (under two centuries-old mulberry trees), barbecues, and a 5m × 10m natural-treatment swimming pool.
Outside of July and August, each cottage can be rented independently.
Bed linen available as an optional extra: €150
End-of-stay cleaning available as an optional extra: €140

Oase with swimming pool and nice old house in the middle of vineyards.
Perfect for large group as it consists of 4 houses around a centre court and pool.

Beautiful location. Stunning views. Great position for drives to lovely places.
Property was dirty. Dirty floors, crockery, pans, furniture was grotty.
Outside furniture grotty.
One of the 3 properties was not fit for staying in.
The other 2 just about.
Insects, large bugs, crawling from underneath the cupboards into the kitchen.
Very little utensils.
No bed linen provided - had to pay either 130 euro for 3 people or bring our own. No towels. Had to pay 150 euro to clean afterwards or do it ourselves. We left it cleaner than we found it. No towels provided
Owners very pleasant but not seemingly interested in making the property clean and habitable. Live next door. Had people walk through the part we had rented on the last night.
Internet down for 3 days.
