Spacious, quiet and comfortable, our villa welcomes families and friends all year round for a relaxing stay in the South of France. Located on elevated ground, it offers open views over the plain, complete privacy, and beautiful spaces dedicated to relaxation.

🔹 Layout
The house is built on two levels, arranged into two fully separate and independent spaces.
The ground floor, reserved exclusively for guests, includes access to the parking area, the swimming pool, the terrace, the garden and the entire accommodation. This space is strictly private.
The upper floor, with no internal connection, has an independent access, with no passage and no impact on your stay.

🔹 Interior
The accommodation can host up to 8 guests thanks to 3 bedrooms and a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room: one bedroom with a window opening to the outside, a second adjoining bedroom with an internal glass door providing light and openness, and a third bedroom with a more intimate atmosphere, ideal for a quiet night’s sleep.
Spacious and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker) and a welcoming dining area.
A games / fitness room (table football, darts, fitness equipment) completes the accommodation.

Reversible air conditioning, heating, bed linen and towels provided.

Private swimming pool, sunny terrace, plancha grill, garden with no overlooking neighbors. Secure parking (2 to 3 vehicles).

🚗 Car: Easy access via the D6086 between Nîmes and Remoulins. Possibility of parking in the property in front of the garages once the beeper has been collected.

🚌 Bus: The house is served by liO line n°22, direction Sernhac.

🚆 Train: Nîmes Centre station is approximately 15 minutes away. Nîmes Pont du Gard station (TGV) is just 10 minutes away by car, with links to Paris, Lyon, Marseille...

🚖 Taxis / VTC: Easily available from stations or via apps (Uber, Bolt...).

✈️ Plane: Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes airport is 25 min away, Montpellier Méditerranée is 50 min away.
