The "Lamarmette com" gîte offers a peaceful and serene stay in the heart of nature, 12 km from Bergerac, in a comfortable house overlooking a rural landscape. This four-star rated gîte, with its private swimming pool, electric vehicle charging point, and enclosed garden, provides a secluded retreat on a 10-hectare rural estate, allowing you to fully enjoy all the pleasures of the area and the Périgord region.
The 150m² house has retained its old-world charm with its stone walls and period features, while incorporating all modern amenities for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
For your comfort, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms, a TV lounge, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, and a large furnished veranda opening onto an enclosed garden (pets welcome), ideal for meals and relaxation.
A 55m² private swimming pool with a removable cover awaits you, perfect for enjoying sunny days and cooling off in the summer. Parking on the property with a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station. Bed linen and towels included.

Lovely house in an idyllic setting. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous farm. We had a wonderful time making many happy memories. The highlight with the children was the pool.

A beautiful Gite surrounded by nature and wild life but near civilisation in half a kilometre.

Great place to stay, very rural with lots of walks. Friendly cat that appears so beware if you take a dog!! The host Jean Marie very kind and welcoming would definitely go again.
