Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Collioure, with sea and mountain views and a swimming pool. It measures 41 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, dimensions: 8 x 12 m, open from 15 June to 15 September. Opening dates are subject to change
- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Collioure, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
