Ideal for a holiday with your feet in the water and in an exceptional setting
No need for the vehicle, everything is nearby (Train station at 450 m)

Equipment: reversible air conditioning, double-glazing, Wifi
Bedroom: bedding with Emma memory foam mattress and connected flat screen TV
Living room: sofa bed and connected flat screen TV

Parking space at the bottom of the apartment or municipal parking lot 100 m away, possibility to take out a subscription for the week

A cheque for €500 as a security deposit will be requested when taking possession of the apartment, which will be returned at the end of the rental
On arrival, the accommodation will be clean, it will have to be returned in the same condition when you leave, if you do not wish to clean, you can opt for the "cleaning package" of 60 €
