The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Collioure, this charming 41 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, mountain view and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, size: 8x12m, open from 15 June to 15 September Non-contractual opening dates.
- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Collioure, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
