This 320 sq. m, two-storey villa perfectly blends traditional charm with modern comforts, creating a serene setting ideal for families, children, or groups of friends. Villa Simore features 5 en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 11 guests, ensuring both comfort and privacy.
Indoor Layout
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, the left side features a spacious open-plan area. This includes the main living room with a large sofa and a fireplace, as well as the indoor dining area, which opens onto a veranda with a seating area and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, also part of this area, includes high-quality fixtures and appliances, a dining table for six, and access to an outdoor space that leads to the pool area via a staircase. Adjacent to the kitchen is a second living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a 42" HDTV, and a fireplace.
The right side of the ground floor contains an office space and a bedroom with a double bed, a 32" TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also includes a loft that provides an additional office area and a bookshelf.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining four bedrooms are located. The first bedroom includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a loft with a single bed. The second bedroom is the master suite, equipped with a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a 32" TV and access to a balcony with sea or garden views.
Outdoor area
Villa Simone is located in a 1,300 sq. m private land, surrounded by various trees and flowers, offering several facilities and spots for relaxation, including:
- A 45 sq.m. private swimming pool
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor tables and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with an outdoor sink
-Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining
-Lawn-covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool, and a beautifully landscaped garden.
-Parking space inside the villa premises
- The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Wonderful stay in a home from home villa. Beautifully clean and so well equipped. So many places to sit with wonderful views. Owner a delight to deal with and very helpful. Pool area is stunning. Easy to get to to the main road to explore more of the island. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

We have enjoyed many Villa holidays over the last few years. On the whole we have had great experiences but have got used to little compromises where the properties have not quite lived up to their descriptions. How fantastic it was for us all to very quickly discover that Villa Simone lives up to every word of the description and in fact the write ups do not do it justice. It is an immaculate home where every single detail has been considered. You can find sun and shade at all times of the day, the pool is beautifully kept with plenty of very comfortable sun beds, the outdoor bbq area is fab, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The screens on the doors keep the mosquitoes at bay and the air con provides a comfortable cool down after a day int Cretan sun. The most impressive part of Villa Simone though is the wonderfully warm hospitality offered by the owner Theo. He is a true gentleman and cannot do enough to ensure that his guests enjoy their stay. This is a very special Villa, with breathtaking views to the sea, with every home comfort you could want and with a welcome rarely experienced. Highly recommended to everyone. We will absolutely be going back.
