"Feels Like Home" – Charming Apartments in Rethymno Old Town

Just 100m far from the “Porta Guora”, the old gate of the town, which separates the old city from the new, is the ideal place for holiday for those who want to have all comforts.

“Feels Like Home”, is a fully renovated building, keeping the style of the older building, but also provides all modern comforts and style. It consists of 3 individual apartments; 1 studio, 1 loft and 1 two-bedroom apartment.

Located in the “heart” of Rethymno, you can wonder around and admire the architecture of the old town. Just 1km far from the beach and 400m far from the Venetian harbor is the best choice to meet life in Rethymno!
In 500m is the Fortezza Castle of Rethymno, Historical and Folklore museum of Rethymno in 300m.

Around the house there are restaurants, bars, café and anything you may want.

Interior

The house consists of 2 floors and 3 apartments and covers 150m2, renovated in modern design and fully air-conditioned.

The Studio covers 35m2 and can sleep up to 3 people, two in a double bed (160x200cm) and one more in a sofa –bed.

The Apartment covers 65m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with two double beds (160x200cm) each, and two bathrooms. Two more people can be accommodated in a sofa-bed, as it becomes a double bed.

The Loft covers 40m2. 2 people can be accommodated in a double bed (160x200cm) and 1 more in a sofa-bed.

Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen, the Loft and the Studio have 1 bathroom each and the apartment has two. All of them have a shower.

Exterior

On the second floor, each apartment has its private roof-garden of the studio with the charcoal BBQ.

Property Information:
• Housekeeping, linen and towels changed once a week.
• The apartments include washing machine and tumble dryer, television with satellite reception, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, electric kitchen, toaster, French coffee maker, BBQ , iron and iron board.
• For the younger guests, a baby cot is provided upon request.
• Air-condition in all areas is included.
