About this house rental

This cozy yet spacious home offers an open floor plan and an outdoor living area that most of our neighbors are jealous of. Recently remodeled, this property offers everything needed for a vacation getaway and plenty of space for all of your toys. Features include a 100+ foot dock, a spacious, outdoor patio overlooking the canal, and an open floor plan for entertaining.
No pets - No smoking
Good neighbor policy- HOA quiet time rule 11:30pm - 7:00am.
No one under 25 permitted to rent unless accompanied by an adult.
Maximum occupancy cannot exceed 10 people total, including children.
Cameras located on outside of property.
- A valid government issued ID and completion of signed rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed.-

The owner was excellent in communicating with us and made the stay extremely enjoyable. House was amazing and it was really nice to walk out of the back porch and get on the boat at the dock. Thanks so much for everything.

This house is beautiful! Tons of room for 4 couples to comfortably share the space and enjoy an epic weekend. Sabrina was lovely to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. My favorite feature of the house is the patio where we all gathered to relax and watch the boats cruise by. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back!
