About this house rental
The house is located in a gated community where the houses are on canals that go out to the Colorado River. It is ideally located on the main canal that connects to the river. It is at a fork in the canals creating a large body of water in front of the house. This makes for easier maneuvering of boats. A very large patio and huge wrap around dock make for more enjoyable outdoor living. 5mph speed in the canals make for safe swimming at the house and safe mooring for vessels. The 120' dock is private and belongs to the house. There is 60' on one side and 40' on the other of usable space for mooring.

Great stay! The location of this property, and the extra large outdoor area, with gorgeous waterway views was the perfect choice. A fun Tiki/margaritaville theme, updated bathrooms, plenty of beds, and a well appointed kitchen. Property owner was quick with communication and very helpful. We will definitely book this property again!

Perhaps when it was built it was fabulous. Very run down. Doors wouldn't close among other things. Climate controls wouldn't work. Had to wear coat inside most of the time. When it warmed up outside - patio was great!
