Double lot compound with 90 feet of Waterfront and beach- three structures - main house 3 BR's all with ensuite bathrooms, ice machine, two refrigerators ,guest house 3 BR's (two kings and 1 queen) 2 with en suite bathrooms and third kids area with 8 bunk beds. No bathroom in bunk bed area. 6.5 bathrooms total in the front and back house. *Internet in front house only, dock for one large boat and one jet ski - everything you need for a great family and or friends get together. Beautifully furnished with hosting guests in mind. Two minutes by boat to Pirates Den. *No boat ramp - inaccessible and gated. Public ramp area Patria Flats is two minutes away.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for bringing everyone together under one roof. We made wonderful memories, and for that we’re very grateful. It was exactly what our family needed.The only aspect that made us uncomfortable was our interaction with the house manager. She was polite and didn’t say anything inappropriate, but her demeanor left us feeling like we were being watched or judged throughout our stay. That may not have been her intention, but it created an uneasy atmosphere.At checkout, she drove up right at checkout time, and having to meet with the house manager both at check-in and checkout felt unusual. We’ve stayed at several VRBO and Airbnb properties over the years and have never experienced that before. It made the process feel awkward and took away a bit from what was otherwise a relaxing family getaway.Overall, the home itself was a blessing, and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to stay there. With a warmer, more welcoming guest experience, this property would be exceptional.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and always had a good time. Unfortunately, this year we had a major plumbing problem with lasted 2 1/2 days.
