About this house rental
Beautiful single family home right on the beautiful Colorado River, on the Parker strip. This home boasts 3 bedrooms plus an office/bedroom attached and access through the master bedroom as a 4th room and 3 baths, with your very own U shaped boat dock for one boat right on the river front. One mooring to accommodate two waverunners (not included with the rental) . This property is shared by an identical home which is on this large lot, plenty of room for both. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from 2 large patios and dock or enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing at a 5 star golf course located only a few miles up river. We are 4 miles from Blue Water Casino.

There are 3 floating bars on the river to enjoy or try the Blue Water casino just a 4 miles down river accessible both by car or boat. A gas dock directly across from this home for your boating fun, and a public boat ramp less than 3 minutes away. There are many fine restaurants on the Parker strip to enjoy all located within 15 minutes or take a trip up to Lake Havasu just 35 minutes away. Don't forget the Parker airport located just 15 minutes away for those of you who would like to fly in. Our winters are very mild with an average temperature of about 73 degrees in the day which is wonderful for off-roading just minutes away.

The property is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is large and has all the things needed to cook all meal sizes. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioner is top notch!! The ice maker in the laundry room is a great extra feature and the views from the patio are great. All around awesome place and I’ll absolutely rent again.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was unbelievably equipped with everything one would need to cook. There’s no need to take any small appliances (crockpot, toasters m, skillets) or other necessities. There’s a wide center island with bar stools that’s perfect for prepping food as well for people to hangout. There’s also a big table for a sit down dinner. The patio in the back has plenty of room with chairs to sit and enjoy a beautiful view of the riverfront. Make sure to enjoy an amazing sunset. The bedrooms are a good size and with two bathrooms downstairs. The Master Bedroom is big with an incredible view. There’s no need to take your boat in and out of the water. Your host, Lori is friendly and very prompt in responding to messages. It made our family vacation very enjoyable. We would definitely return and book this awesome house.
