About this house rental
THE ULTIMATE RIVER HOME ON THE PARKER STRIP!! Built in 2014, this luxurious property offers everything needed for a vacation getaway. Features include a gourmet kitchen, high end appliances, vaulted ceilings, billiard/game room with arcade game and wet bar; and 3 waterfront Levels above the 43 foot concrete dock! From the custom cabinets and granite in the kitchens to the over sized balconies on three levels, this 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is one of the most popular vacation rental homes on the Parker Strip. Garage access included. Super location directly across from overflow parking area, boat ramp and right by the bridge - direct to the river!
Please note, there is a strict limit of 12 occupants in the house. House parties or other nuisances bothering the neighbors will not be tolerated. No pets allowed. A limit of two parking passes will be provided on arrival for the community parking lot. All other vehicles must be parked in the garage or in front of the house behind the white line. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA.
Renter must sign rental agreement and provide a copy of their driver's license after booking on VRBO. Sample agreement provided. Note: property has exterior security cameras; however, none are located within the living areas.

Amazing house! Spacious for 2 families! Really comfortable beds. Loved the giant table! Game room was awesome! Easy access to river through the bridge. The keys were so quiet and beautiful! Great dock also!

Perfect house to hang out and relax in. Comfortably slept 9 adult men, and entertained them too. The game room upstairs is hard to beat! I will be getting a shuffleboards table for my house soon! Thank you Scott!
