The window is equipped with an anti-insect rolling blind.
Kitchen side: Fully equipped kitchen.
You will find everything you need for a smooth stay.
Induction hob 3 burners, 1 large fridge with freezing compartment, pressure cooker, grill pan, electric kettle, toaster, sodastream (bring your gas refill), microwaves, microwavable boxes, chopping boards, crockery and cutlery.
Electric plancha for the outside.
Room side:
New bedding, comfortable mattresses
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140
Bedroom 2: Mezzanine, ceiling height 1.20 m, 2 beds 80 separable or collapsible.
(ground floor sofa bed 140)
Pillows and mattresses are provided with protective covers.
The quilts provided dressed cover cover bed role, you bring your sheets and duvet covers.
The bathroom linen is not provided.
SDB side: Bathroom with shower and sink.
Washing machine porthole.
The window is equipped with an anti-insect veil.
Terrace side: A garden furniture, 4 armchairs 2 chairs, 2 moon chairs, 2 chairs.
2 beach umbrellas and 4 mats.
Vacuum cleaner, drying rack.
2 bicycles folding 3 speeds, available on request (for the sum of 50 € the 2 per week).
* ACCESS: The house is at your disposal with private parking located a few meters.
The flowered terrace welcomes you to share your meals outdoors.
* HOME: A booklet containing all the information necessary for the smooth running of your stay is available in the house.
* INTERNAL RULES:
No smoking
Not suitable for animals
No party or evening
Not suitable for babies (under 2 years), the mezzanine is not suitable for children's beds.
Baby accepted sleeping possible in the main room, (it's your choice).
The entrance to the premises is between 12:00 and 15:00
No noise after 10 pm
Optional cleaning fee, 80 €
* CONTRACT: A rental agreement will be established and sent after reservation.
* DEPOSIT: a check for an amount of 700 € will be requested upon booking, mentioned on the rental agreement, it will not be cashed.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. The house must be left clean, (optional cleaning cost € 80).
The equipment at your disposal must be returned in good condition.
