About this apartment rental
Ideal for holidays, beautiful spacious and bright apartment located 200m from the large beach and nestled in the heart of the center of Saint Georges de Didonne on the 1st floor of a small quiet and secure residence with parking space and cellar if you wish to store bicycles. It includes a bright living room with television and sofa bed (real mattress), a fitted kitchen equipped with an oven and microwave, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, kettle, washing machine. A bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet and a beautiful bedroom with bed of 140 (bed linen provided). The plus is its large loggia where you will enjoy garden furniture and the plancha. We provide you with a cot, a high chair and bathtub if necessary. Electric portable air conditioning.
Cleaning is included in the price and a DEPOSIT of 400€ will be requested on arrival and relocated on the day of your departure unless there is damage.
JULY and AUGUST weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
5 kms from Royan, you can also visit the villages of Talmont, Mornac, La Palmyre with its magnificent family zoo.
You will enjoy its market every morning in high season and its entertainment and night market every Thursday from 6 p.m
.

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans un appartement bien situé (à 200 m de la plage), proche de tous commerce, très clair, très propre. Tout ce dont on a besoin est là. La propriétaire est très gentille et à l'écoute. Je recommande
