Beautiful 30 m² apartment, completely renovated in 2015, located in Royan park, 10 minutes' walk from Grande Conche beach and the park market.
It consists of a living room - kitchen open to the outside (with TV, table, convertible BZ sofa and fitted kitchen), a separate bedroom with 3 sleeping places (with 1 double bed + 1 single on the mezzanine and a wardrobe ) and a bathroom - wc (with shower and washing machine).
The private wooden terrace, about 30 m² is closed, quiet, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a large shed available to tenants.
Nearby, there is the covered market of the park as well as a bakery, a pharmacy, a butcher, a hairdresser (10 min walk) ... the tennis club of the Orangerie (150 m), the games park for children (300 m) and a bus stop (50 m). There is also a commercial area 3 minutes by car and downtown Royan is less than 5 minutes by car.

L'appartement est bien situé, proche d'un parc et à 10 minutes de la plage.
Celui-ci est bien équipé et propre.
La terrasse est très appréciable lorsqu'il fait beau.

La location était conforme à la description, au calme, très propre, fonctionnel. La propriétaire, très sympathique, nous a donné de bons conseils de visites aux alentours.Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est un plus très apprécié. Je reviendrai sûrement.
