About this apartment rental

In the quiet Parc de Vallières neighbourhood, the villa stands at the end of a private driveway. Oaks keep its large park/yard away from traffic and noise.
The two long sandy beaches are both within walking distance (0,6-0,7 mile). The daily market and town centre is even closer.
The apartment can accommodate 4 adults. A complementary fold-up bed and/or a baby cot are available upon request when booking your stay with a kid and/or an infant.
On 700 sqft approx, and at garden level, you will enjoy :
• a large kitchen where you can have meals,
• a bright living room with dining and sitting areas, and French doors opening to the front yard on the West,
• 2 bedrooms facing South and the park of the villa: full/double bed 140x190, large closets, fitting the extra bed and/or the baby cot,
• a bathroom with shower, basin and bidet, and a separate toilet.
Every room opens to the outside. Windows and French doors are protected by exterior shutters. Construction design allows all rooms to stay cool in hot summer days. Off-season, central heating is keeping them nicely warm.
Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated to match current standards. Equipment and appliances are purposedly provided to make your stay comfortable.
A brick barbecue is set on the front yard. You can move the outdoor tables and chairs around to enjoy or avoid the sun. Sun loungers can be moved from the attached field to the yard for you to fully enjoy an exclusive outdoor space.
The enclosed park of the villa offers 1000m ² of grassy area. Between the fruit trees, you will choose nap or leisure sport : ping-pong, badminton, croquet... Oaks of the old Vallières Woods are expanding their welcoming shade over a large part of it and keep the air fresh by the warmest summer days.
Your hosts are living upstairs during summer, using a separate gate and entry door facing East. They are sharing the large park/field/wooden area where they have their own barbecue corner and set of lounge chairs. They try to be as discreet as possible but are available for help.
There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Only the very large outdoor table is at fixed position.
You may park your car in the shade on attached closed plot. Most St Georges is within walking distance.
Please note that bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

The property had everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The host, Sophie, could not do enough to make your stay a good one. Great location, close to beaches and village. Great base to explore the area. Good for families as there is plenty of space in the garden with outdoor games and Sun loungers supplied. Fantastic bbq too in the garden.
