It features its own bio-sauna, which can be used as a classic sauna, warm-air bath, or soft steam bath. Running along the south to southwest side are a rooftop terrace and balcony, some of which are covered, offering both sheltered seating and the chance to soak up the sun.

The 3-room, non-smoking apartment 12 Baltica is located on the top floor. The living area is approximately 88 m² and is suitable for 2 to 4 adults plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The bright and airy white coastal-style decor evokes the charm of the beautiful island of Rügen. A partially covered rooftop terrace and balcony (south/southwest-facing) invite you to relax and feature lounge chairs, a balcony table, and 4 balcony chairs with cushions. The KLAFS sauna in the Baltica apartment, featuring an under-bench heating system as well as individually adjustable humidity and temperature (sanarium), offers you pure relaxation even on cold days. The hallway/entryway features a coat rack, mirror, and storage space. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a high-quality wooden kitchenette in a new country house style. The kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, SodaStream, Teamat, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, and various kitchen utensils. The adjoining dining area features a wooden table with comfortable cantilever chairs. A tastefully decorated living area with a couch, armchair, coffee table, reading lamp, display cabinet, an OLED smart TV, a stereo system with a CD player, an extensive library, and a collection of games rounds out the space. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), 2 nightstands, a wardrobe, and an OLED smart TV. The second bedroom also features a double bed (2x 0.80 m x 2.00 m), two nightstands, and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have high-quality, back-friendly multi-zone mattresses in two different firmness levels. Additional honeycomb pleated blinds in both bedrooms provide blackout coverage. The high-quality, spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. The guest bathroom also features a sink. A storage room is included with the apartment. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth in all rooms. The south-facing windows are fitted with electric roller shutters, which also serve to block out light. Insect screens are installed in all rooms. Even while on vacation, you won’t have to do without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) in the apartment. It’s included for you. A shopping cart, an ironing board and iron, and a clothes rack are provided in the apartment. The parking space (No. 12) is located in the underground garage and is suitable for sedans and station wagons (up to 1.90 m in height). You can store your bicycles or other sports equipment in the apartment’s lockable basement storage room, where you’ll also find a foldable handcart. A maximum of 2 small pets may be brought along upon request for a fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, 1 small hand towel) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional fee, or you can provide your own. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
