The kitchenette, which blends seamlessly into the living area, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment (***), toaster, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, baking pans, and many other high-quality kitchen utensils.
The bedroom with a double bed and allergy-friendly beds without down, as well as the comfortable shower room with its own sauna, round out the exclusive amenities. The bedroom also has insect screens!
The partially covered south-facing terrace (approx. 37 m²) features a beach chair, a lounger, and a seating area.
Guests can share the lawn and play area with a swing and sandbox in front of the house. A washing machine, a clothes dryer (for a fee), and ironing supplies, as well as a lockable room for bicycles, are available to you. The apartment includes a private parking space on the property.
NEW starting in April 2025: A wallbox for charging electric cars is available (billed based on usage at 0.50 euros/kWh; your own Type 2 charging cable is required).
The family-friendly Villa Sommerwind provides a high chair and a travel crib for our younger guests. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
