This ranch-style home boasts 1,725 square feet of comfortable living space with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, warm wood flooring, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows that enhance the red rock views. The great room is bright and inviting with a large comfy sofa for cozy morning coffee views, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and dining room for leisurely vacation meals around the table. With this open floor plan, your friends and family can enjoy time together relaxing, cooking, and planning your hikes.
After your Sedona sojourns into Red Rock country, you can relax in the air-conditioning or go outside and continue to revel in the views with a glass of wine on the front deck as you watch the sunset behind the Red Rocks.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus extra sitting rooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to have a little privacy. Each of the two bedrooms has a King Size memory foam bed and walk-in closet. There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Great location, only complaint is the internet connection is slow. I do a lot of remote work while traveling to cool spots. Most rentals have sufficient bandwidth, but this appears to be DS, struggled in video conferences, had to buy a starlink mini to work

We felt like the biggest pro to this VRBO was the location. It was never more than a 25 minute drive from every hike we did. Only a 5 minute drive to into Sedona proper. And the neighborhood was very chill and quiet. Easily the best part of the propertyI didn't take away any stars for these, but wanted to put a few things on this review as "room for improvement". The master bedroom's 4-post bed frame is laughably squeaky. We thought it was a joke at first. We almost took the mattress off but there was no room to put it anywhere. This is a really easy and inexpensive improvement. (Especially since the 2nd bedroom has a very nice, new bed frame that makes zero noise.) It was also so high off the floor that we had to do a fozberry flop (high jump) up into it each night.The outdoor patio furniture in the main photos is all very old and way past their time to be replaced. The giant ass pillows in the master bedroom were very uncomfortable to sleep with. Consider bringing your own pillows. Finally, the backyard has lots of potential to be a nice hang out spot (deck chairs, pergola, fire pit, hot tub, strings of lights, etc. etc.) but was a barren, empty space. Pretty useless as is.
