We loved our stay at this place! It was as advertised, clean, very conveniently located. We loved sipping our coffee on the porch, viewing Coffee Pot Rock and taking in Sedona. Our host was very communicative and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we roll through Sedona!

Had a great weekend at this property. Centrally located to all the points of interest with some great views. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for meals. Would definitely stay again.

The location.was great. Easy access to main roads and had a little park to walk our dog within a mile. House was very clean. I cooked there and had dishes to do so.

Property is in a great location. View from property was not up to expectations, trees blocking view. Could use general updating, especially deck and closets/drawers. No storage for clothing, be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Plenty of towels but only 3 wash cloths. Hand soaps, body wash, shampoo, dish and laundry soaps, paper towels and toilet paper well supplied. Some reviews say driveway is too steep, we disagree with that. Smoke alarm supplied. We didn't use outside grill, needs cleaning. Overall we were satisfied with the value and enjoyed our stay. Again, location was excellent.
