About this house rental

When entering the house, you will see a wall of glass that overlooks the red rocks called coffee pot . There is a deck facing coffee pot with a woodburning stove . The living area is an open floor plan. With high ceilings. There is a large table for playing games and having large meals. Two bedrooms are equipped with 3 queen beds and a blowup mattress in closet. The first bedroom has a queen bed with the restroom across the hall. The second bedroom has two queen beds attached master bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs including crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, mixer , 3 cutting boards, lots of dishes, glasses- no plastic ,DISHWASHER, and more. There is a WASHER and DRYER inside the home. We have a very large carport that covers 4 vehicles. We have been grandfathered in so there is white light under the carport. There is no fencing to keep dogs in. But does have a dog run. We have lots of games and maps for your convenience. There are 4 walking sticks for hiking. Please leave them for the next quest. The coffee pot takes regular coffee grounds and filters. Enjoy the fireplace on cold evenings( firewood not included). There is a Dog bed for your dog. Lots of throw blankets. Central heating and air. Hair dryer, all restroom amenities extra thick large towels. Great Wifi coverage Sedona theme. Very close to amazing trails, restaurants, shopping, .

Myself and my sons visited Sedona 6 days with a day trip to the Grand Canyon. You cannot go wrong staying here. Communication with response was quick. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean, cozy and the deck with the view was great. The house is located close to everything you would need. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We LOVED our stay! The view is amazing through the giant windows off the den. There’s a wraparound deck with a wood burning stove. I felt like I was in a rustic cabin and it gave me feelings of fond nostalgia about my family’s cabin when I was younger. This place is cozy and comfortable. The two bedrooms are roomy. The bathrooms clean and in good shape. The kitchen is small, but it had everything we needed, and there’s a large table and dining area. I felt like it was my home away from home the second we walked in. They welcomed our big, sweet dog here. Washer and dryer in the home. It had everything we needed. I could drink coffee in the am and wine in the pm and enjoy that view forever! Wish I could have bought the place!

The home was overall very nice. It had everything needed for a few nights and was very close to a cut-through path to the Airport Loop hiking trail. I liked that it is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to get there when wanted. There were a couple of downsides that might not bother others, so I didn't deduct stars. The sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows were also very cheap and over-used. The washing machine is small, making a pod of detergent too much to rinse out adequately. That and the dryer sheets meant sheets and towels smelled strongly of artificial chemical scents, and the towels smeared water rather than soaking it up. This made getting dressed after a shower laborious, but the bigger issue for me is the chemicals associated with the whole washing process there. I ended up putting my sheets and towels through two wash cycles without any soap, which helped, but used extra water in a way that should be unnecessary. The other issue is that a window in the front bedroom looks out into the car port. It has a bright LED motion sensored light that the blackout shades can't adequately block, so at random times during the night it will come on when someone drives by. I built a wall of pillows to cover both sides of the shades after the first night and that worked wonderfully. These issues are nothing for some, but are significant enough for me that I'd choose another place to stay on a return trip, though the rest of the house was wonderful.

Tamara was accommodating to me and my friend. We made a great choice when we selected Sedona Red Rock View on VRBO. We arrived a bit early and were able to check in to drop off our luggage before heading to the grocery store. Much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet. Everything you want or need or hope to explore is very local and available. It could not be in a better location, in my opinion. Uptown is a short drive west on 89A. The house was spotless. It is completely furnished comfortably for six. The leather furniture is clean and sturdy. The southwest decor is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need. The linens are plentiful. The bathrooms are very nice. Great water pressure in the showers. The outdoor space has ample deck furniture and a wood-burning stove. The views not only from the deck, but also the top of the street, are wonderful. We absolutely relaxed and enjoyed a week at Sedona Red Rock View. It is obvious why Tamara is a premier host.

This home was so nice to stay in. The beautiful decor inside and the comfy furniture. It was only 5-10 minutes from all the hikes I planned and the shuttle is only a few streets down. While the view was awesome, the description of the property was somewhat misleading. While traveling out here, we received a message from the owner that the washer and dryer were not working. There was no garden. This could be a nice rental property, but needs some tlc. The doorknob was about to come off in the bathroom, there was no clothes hanging rod in one of the bedrooms, no toilet paper holder in a bathroom to name a few things. The view was really awesome, but could have been more so with some trimming.

Great place we had a lot of fun. When I got home the host messaged me about missing pillows and pillow cases! I replied that we did not take ANYTHING !! Let alone used pillows and cases .YUCK!!!! She insisted we took them again. I am very upset and annoyed about this it is obviously some mistake on their part. I would never stay in that place or recommend it to anyone . it put a yuck on an otherwise wonderful time.

Nestled in the heart of West Sedona, it provided easy access to all the adventures we had planned. Mornings were a delight as we indulged in homemade breakfasts and freshly brewed coffee before setting out to explore the breathtaking surroundings. Overall, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable experience in the enchanting landscapes of Sedona.

The property's location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and hiking trails. The view from the property was truly stunning and provided a picturesque backdrop throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed to find that the property did not match the depiction online. It appeared outdated and in need of some TLC. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple boxes in the living room, king bed very noisy with little movement and found the bedrooms lacking in adequate storage space for clothes (No bureaus). We also faced several maintenance issues during our stay, including a broken slider door handle, a noisy heater, a broken chair, a bathtub that didn't drain properly (standing in 3 inches of water while showering), and in the second bathroom the tile has years of grime. While Tamara, the property manager, was responsive and attempted to address these issues promptly, some problems remained unresolved. Despite our efforts to communicate our concerns to Tamara, we were met with resistance when requesting moderate compensation for the inconvenience. She dismissed our issues as minor and refused to compensate us. While we didn't allow these issues to completely overshadow our enjoyment of Sedona, our experience at this VRBO property fell short of our expectations.We believe a better understanding from Tamara of how these issues were impacting our stay and better upkeep of the property could greatly enhance the guest experience.

Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned. I contacted the host and there was a mix-up on her end with the arrival date. We ended up cleaning everything ourselves the night of our arrival. It was not ideal, but we managed. The host did refund the cleaning fee and send the cleaners the next day. However, we were disillusioned with the property. It is in desperate need of upgrades: the heater rattled so loudly that it woke us up at night, the mattresses have obviously seen better days (sagged in the middle and the protective matress/pillow covers were gray-white),the kitchen counters have mold spots in the grout, kitchen pans were old, the electric tea pot and the coffee maker had hard water stains all over them (so much so that I was afraid to use them for fear they had not been cleaned well in a while), no operating instructions for the 3 remotes that controlled the TV (very frustrating), the main bathroom cabinet and the kitchen lower cabinets are old with drawers that do not have tracks or handles, making it difficult to open and close and squeak loudly, the main bathroom sink doesn't have a stopper and I lost a small bottle cap down the drain, and finally, the backyard was a wreck, in need of a good clean-up. This would be a great place to stay with some much needed repairs and updates. The view, although not the one shown online, is fantastic. The location is ideal and close to everything.

Good location, easy access to hiking/biking trails. Nice deck for morning coffee while watching the sun hit the rocks. Up the street from the best bike shop in Sedona, Thunder Mountain Bikes! Even a water bowl for the dog.
