This Sedona retreat boasts contemporary interiors creatively decorated with art by local artists, with warm wooden floors throughout. The living area is open plan with plenty of space to unwind with friends and family and an open kitchen fully-fitted with modern appliances and kitchen amenities. If you find yourself needing any items you may have run out of or left behind, the Bashas grocery store is less than half a mile from the home.
Amethyst Retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 3 inviting bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the main level sharing a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a laptop-friendly workspace, and direct access to the outdoor patio. Bedroom 2 has 1 King bed and a workstation with All-In-One printer. A spiral staircase leads to the loft-style master suite which boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with gorgeous red rock views.

-Turn off split units
-Make sure all windows and doors are locked

-If any furnishings were moved, please put back where they belong
-Double check that you have all your personal items

-1 Dog allowed. $100 fee/pet. Must be disclosed in advance.
-Unauthorized Pets: $1,000 fine
-If there are any damages from a pet including but not limited to carpet stains, scratches on furnishings, excessive hair, pet feces or urine (in or out of the property) you will be responsible for any/all monetary compensation
-Clean up all piles of feces on the exterior of the home and dispose of accordingly
-No sleeping on furniture
-Must be crated if left unattended

The house was perfect! Awesome location, great amenities, very comfortable beds, very clean inside and out. The hot tub was amazing and watching the sun rise on the front yard patio set was also a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Property was just as expected! Very clean and comfortable. We loved the view and we were able to walk to the trailhead in the morning for a nice hike!
