This very private property is located in Ellerslie, a well established neighbourhood in Auckland Central.
A 1-bedroom offering a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a full double wardrobe for storage and a generous sized bathroom.
A full user friendly kitchen with every you will need for cooking at home.
Clothes drying line out the back and a washing machine for your convenience during your stay.
The living room offers multiple seating choices and a large smart TV.
Double french doors open onto the deck and through to the garden with Tui birds singing in the trees above and off the main road with minimal to no car noise.
A deck chair to soak in the midday and afternoon sun & an outdoor heater for those colder evenings sitting with a cocoa.
This private and serene space is what we all need.
Just a 15-mins drive from Auckland CBD, 5-mins drive to the Edmund Hillary Retirement Village, 5-mins drive to the supermarket, 5-mins drive to Ascot Hospital and Remuera medical centres, 7-mins drive to golf course, 8-mins drive to Mt Smart Stadium & 8-mins drive to Auckland's largest shopping mall - Sylvia Park.

House decor beautiful inside and outside garden as well , quaint , felt like my grandmas place old but warm and comfortable , very thoughtful and minute details taken care of in regards to amenities , quiet location , peaceful surroundings , convenient location , prompt and clear communications from property manager . Books were a treat - a readers paradise . Would love to come back to this place again . The only thing I would complain is that the rugs had upturned corners which could be a hazard .
