2 bedrooms, location (walking distance to people we were visiting, shopping centre, dairy-can read and top up AT HOP card, takeaways, public transport if needed), kitchen, TV, Netflix, plenty of heat pumps, bathroom had heating, hair dryer and spare toilet paper, spacious lounge, spare duvet etc.

We needed a place near our temple for the weekend and this fit the bill, less than .5miles to walk. The room sizes were really nice despite dated, worn furnishings. Washing machine did not have the dryer function (could dry clothes outside on a line- but it was raining). If you want this location for a tourist visit, it is not ideal w/o a car. Far from the downtown . There is a supermarket close by.
