Located in the heart of charming Glen Arbor, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is the perfect home base for an exciting and memorable family trip! Enjoy being within walking distance to downtown Glen Arbor, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, playground, Lake Michigan, and Glen Lake. The deck on the back of the home provides guests with a great spot for alfresco dining and hosting warm-weather barbecues. Gather around the firepit in the backyard and roast s'mores while telling spooky stories or simply sharing a great time with your loved ones under the starry night sky.
Inside, the living area features plenty of inviting sofas surrounding a wood stove - this is the perfect gathering spot, especially during the winter months. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen will be a cook's delight with all the great appliances available. There is a den with a TV with cable and a sleeper sofa just off the living room.
Besides the main living space, the main floor also features a bathroom/laundry room with a convenient washer/dryer. The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs, while the third bedroom is located in the attached garage apartment. The fourth bedroom is right above the garage with two comfortable beds.

The property location is fantastic. You are just a block away from main street Glen Arbor. It's nice that you are able to utilize the garage. We had bikes that we had brought.It is evident that the house is an original with an add-on, so the configuration is a bit wonky. Those that stay in the main house bedrooms must use the shower downstairs, as their is only a tub upstairs. Bedrooms, except for one over the garage, are small. The kitchen is very small, especially if multiple people are trying to cook there, but that is likely due to the age of the house. The furnishings are totally adequate, but there were some that needed replaced; a few dining chairs that had bad legs, or a couch with sinking cushions. Overall, the house is clean and the location is great. If location is your main goal, this is it.

We normally stay on the lakes so ut was our first time in glen arbor. It was very nice and comfortable for our entire party. Very easy to walk to everything in the area without dealing with people and parking. Took advantage of the firepit every night. We did see a mouse and few bugs occasionally but I guess that should be expected in that area. Highly recommend for larger party's of people. Very spacious. Andy

This house is ideally situated in Glen Arbor on a quiet street within walking distance of everything. Comfortable home with plenty of room for 2 families. We had an issue with mice and tons of droppings all over the kitchen. The help we received from VACASA was underwhelming by the local team.
