Location was awesome. We could walk to everything. Staying in a house is really comfortable and we could use the kitchen for our leftovers and drinks. The furniture was comfy and nice.
The directions by email to get in the lock box extracting a key by code was NOT applicable. There is no key. We were trying everything for 10 minutes before calling Vacassa. He walked us through getting the door unlocked without a key. Trying to lock it at the end of our stay was difficult as well. We tried many different ways to get the lock box to lock. Ended up calling Vacassa twice. First time was not helpful. Please reread directions to enter and leave the house.
