Great location near Sleeping Bear Dunes and Leland, peaceful area. Excellent breakfast which changes daily. Very comfortable and clean accommodation with period furniture and decor. Beach access right around the corner.
This establishment operates a self check-in system which worked fine but it felt a little unusual not to be greeted upon arrival. However, communication was excellent and a phone number was provided for questions.

The staff was very welcoming and texting check in and out was very convenient. The location is great, walking distance to the nearest restaurants and shops. The room was clean.
The rooms are outdated and need renovations. You can hear your neighbors in the next door room and when you walk the floor makes loud squeaking noises. But if you want something affordable this is a good choice.
