We had an amazing stay with our family, our kids loved the game room and the added touch of having Christmas trees in December. The kitchen had everything we needed cook a few meals. We would happily return!

Amazing place to stay! Very clean and spacious and a lovely view! Very close to town and the buses for town. The only downside is getting to it bc the road is very narrow and all the switch back turns so a smaller but powerful vehicle would be advantageous! Well worth it tho!

We had the pleasure of taking our friends from UK to our favorite family vacation place. The house is perfectly situated up the mountain between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.The home is spacious for our family of 5 and their family of 4 to spread out. The bonus game room/theatre was great for our preteens. It was the perfect home to unwind and reconnect. The screened in patio was wonderful for evening games, the eat in kitchen was spacious for all 9 of us. It was nice to have two king rooms, with one being separate from the house. The theatre/game room provided hours of entertainment. The views are incredible and we even had a few early morning visitors, bears, that were enjoying the apple tree. The communication with the owners was great. We had no issues during our stay. Everything is exactly as stated in the listing.
