Beautiful one bed apartment in an 1853 Greek Revival home ( Norse wall house ) located in the West End @ 7 Cottage Street . The apartment is just steps to town, restaurants and beach, but is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by lovingly maintained homes and gardens. The property features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private deck (with ocean views), a separate living room, an updated and sparkling-clean bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large common courtyard garden with patio furniture, grill, outside sink and outside shower. On-site parking for one car is included. We had a great time at this wonderful property with immediate access to Commercial St. and all the local action, but also with easy access to beaches by bike or car. The owners (who occupy a separate unit) were wonderful in helping us with recommendations to take in the local color and they were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again, wish we could have stayed forever.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. There is a beautiful view of the water from the porch, which also has a great seating area. The location is ideal- just a few minutes from the main drag on Commercial, but in a very quiet park of Ptown. I would very highly recommend!
