Live the dream at this unique and tranquil getaway in the fabulous West End of Provincetown. A romantic and secluded setting, but also just a short walk to Provincetown's best restaurants, shops, bars and more.
This large, recently renovated standalone one-bedroom cottage offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
The OUTDOOR AREA features on-site parking for one car, paved walkway to the front door, a spacious and private grassy backyard with paver patio and dining area, flower boxes on the window sills, a gas grill for barbecues and an outdoor shower large enough for two.
The LIVING ROOM offers a sectional sofa, end table, coffee table, swiveling wall-mounted 4KHD-TV with Apple TV.
The DINING Area features banquette seating large enough for a dinner for 6.
The spacious KITCHEN sports all new stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the kitchenware you will need if you are a dedicated chef (plates, glasses, knives, utensils, pots & pans, serving dishes etc.)
The BEDROOM offers new queen-sized bed (with sheets, blankets and duvet), a wall mounted 4KHD TV with Apple TV, a spacious clothes closet and a separate utility closet housing the conveniently-located front-loading washer and dryer units.
The BATHROOM features all brand new fixtures, beautiful tiling and a two-person walk-in shower with regular and overhead rain shower heads.
You will have unshared use of the cottage, patio, backyard, walkway, and outdoor shower.
But wait there's more!...wood flooring throughout the cottage, all new windows, screens and shades, band new roof with skylights, and split-unit air conditioning units in both living room and bedroom.
Though this property is meant to be enjoyed, we do have a no event and no party policy in place. GUEST ACCESS TO THE SMALL LOFT SPACE WITHIN THE COTTGE IS NOT PERMITTED

The cottage was clean, comfortable and serene. Kitchen was well equipped. Backyard was lovely. Super easy parking in quiet neighborhood a short walk from Commercial Street. Look forward to another visit.

The cottage is gorgeous and I enjoyed my stay. However there is a 4’ x 4’ uncovered skylight above the bed that is not mentioned in the listing. I woke up each day soaked in sweat and boiling hot. When I brought it to the attention of the host I was meant with intense hostility. I was told she tipped the cleaners extra because the bed smelled of urine. No, I didn’t wet the bed - there is a massive skylight over the bed and the sun in July is hot - it’s sweat. Communication is kind until you mention something, then I was attacked for “trashing” the place. I put all my garbage in the bin, dishes in the dishwasher, and spent towels on the floor of the bathroom. It’s a beautiful cottage but if you don’t want to wake up as a desert sun cactus it might be better to look elsewhere.

We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the West End cottage. The cottage was beautifully decorated and offers anything you may need. It was an easy walk into town. Lisa and John are outstanding hosts. They responded to any communication quickly. We enjoyed several restaurants they recommended. We will definitely be back!
