Great location in the Maven District, walking distance to local shops and restaurants, Liberty Park and the 9 Line trail. Close to downtown SLC and easy access to the mountains. The condo is comfortable, quiet and safe. Really enjoyed our stay and will. Ool again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The locations proximity to downtown and freeway access for things was great. The property was clean and spacious.Both rooms have King Beds that we found very comfortable and each of the 2 bedrooms have their own en suite which was also very much appreciated.The condo was clean, the kitchen was well furnished and we found everything comfortable.The only items of note:Neither bedroom has a dresser so there's nothing to unpack your suitcases into, thus your living out of your bag. Additionally, there is no luggage stand to put your suitcase on in either room so everything was stored on the floor which was slightly annoying. A simple stand or dresser would solve this issue.One bathroom had soap and conditioner, the other had soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bottles are glass so I presume one had previously broke so that needs to be correctedLastly, as you may know....in the middle of the summer...Salt Lake City will easily hit high 90 to 100 degrees. When we entered the AC was set at 85 degrees and it took over 6 hours for the 3 story condo to cool down. When you have guests checking in on a particular day, it would be appreciated had someone visited the unit and set the AC to a reasonable temperature so you're not baking indoors waiting hours for the unit to cool down.We walked to a great Vietnamese Restaurant around the corner which was great. Overall, a really good stay....Thank you

The property was fairly true to description besides an ant problem, which became more pronounced throughout the duration of our stay. The property managers send an excessive amount of automated emails and then do not read or respond to any correspondences from you, the consumer. A few correspondences went unacknowledged - one being my response and decline to an automated email about a "plant service" that is scheduled to come to the property if you are "booked for any Tuesday." Why wasn't this listed in the description? The experience ended on a sour note when several automated emails were sent about how we should leave mutual five star reviews. The communication was excessive but not responsive - if that's somehow possible - moreover, it was disingenuous.
