About this house rental
Best location in SLC! One block away from downtown and the beautiful state capitol building. Walk to dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars. Easily explore Memory Grove and City Creek Park. Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding look like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time but we are always available to help if needed. Let us know if you have any questions!

Charming little place on the hill. Came for a work conference with two other coworkers and my pup (a last minute addition due to a sitter issue). The home is surrounded by beautiful walking paths and trails to escape the concrete jungle. The small middle room upstairs has a beautiful view of the capitol building lit up at night. The kitchen was a great place to gather for a beverage and the living room offered a great place to catch up on our day. The patio outside would have been great, but the weather was a bit cold and rainy on our visit. The parking is a bit tight in the alley, but very doable. The neighborhood in general is very clean and inviting, lots of local art, history and manicured gardens.

The house was super clean and smelled very good! The host is also very helpful and communicative. He responded quick and answered any questions I had! Parking was easy and there was plenty of extra parking for our other vehicle. Overall great place! We will probably book this in the future
