This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with children as our bunk room (featuring 2 twin over twin with trundle beds) was designed with little ones in mind. Our classic queen room comfortably sleeps 2 adults! BOOK NOW!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.
Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment had so much to offer and was well prepared for our stay! We stayed comfortably and have nothing to complain about! The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout the whole stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone! I will book here again on my next trip to Spokane!

This is a great little spot when visiting our daughter at Whitworth! Worked well for our family and then owners Were so great to work with. Will for sure stay here again next year for college visits.

This place is right of I90, super clean and seemed to have everything we needed. Just a warning that the second bedroom which has two bunks that can sleep a total of 6 people is very uncomfortable. Not only are the mattresses themselves uncomfortable, but they squeak VERY loudly any time you move even slightly. My husband and I slept in there with two kids and barely slept all night due to the squeaking sounds.
