Great place to stay. I would return. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Food was warm and clean area to serve self. Lots of space to serve self and sit down to eat. It was a quite area. Staff easily available if needed.

Potatoes were watery. Not many options for a vegetarian so potatoes are an important part of the meal.

This was a great place to stay!

This was the 9th hotel we've stayed at in the past couple of months and it had, without a doubt, the best water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, beds were great, linens were soft and cozy, lots of pillows, the Wi-Fi worked, and it was quiet.

Overall great place

The staff was great, the pool and spa were awesome, the breakfast was amazing, the room was nice, clean and had great amenities. The tv/cable options were more than expected.

The bed was a bit more firm than I prefer and the pillows were very fluffy but deflated quickly like down.

This hotel seems to be brand new. The entire hotel smelled very nice. The room was clean and quite large. The bathroom was also very large. I like where this was located as it was a very quiet area, it was very close to the freeway so easy access to get to Spokane however, it was far enough away that you didn’t hear the freeway or airplanes or a bunch of noise in the area.

Clean and quiet

The facility was clean and the area didn't make us uncomfortable. Our room was clean and the bedding smelled and looked very clean. We were told every room was filled, however it was not noisy and we were able to sleep well.

Check in time was 3 pm and we noted that we would arrive at 3pm. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready yet. They did not have our room ready until right before 5pm. After a long drive, this wait was excessive when we just wanted to get settled.

Great spot for parents of EWU students to stay

Clean, great location between EWU and Spokane. Quiet and I felt safe. The entire facility smelled clean. The pool hours are 6am to 10pm with adults only hours from 10pm to midnight

It was a great choice! I would definitely stay here again.

It was super quiet! We checked in late at night & the nice gentleman greeted us and was super friendly & helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which is open 24 for adults. My kids loved the bed & said it was super comfortable. I also enjoyed that I could control the thermostat in the room! I also enjoyed the free parking and WiFi. Breakfast had so many options and we all enjoyed it!

That the pool isn’t 24 hours for children as well with the supervision of parents! However it’s understandable:)

The hotel and staff are great! Bad experience with Booking.com not getting the rooms we ordered!

Staff were exceptional!

We did not get the room we booked… accessible room! We were given 2 doubles instead of a double and accessible! The person who needed the accessible room could not get on the bed because they were too high. The manager did great and think outside the box and found a step stool which allowed him to get into bed. A very uncomfortable experience for the person!

The rooms were comfortable and clean.

It took a long time to get help at the front desk. It took several minutes each time we went to the desk. The hot tub sides had brown scum on the sides. And there were clumps of hair stuck to the wall behind the hot tub. w We stayed at Sleep Inn in Post Falls several times and the staff was always available and the pool and hot tub area is always clean.

The location to the freeway was great, yet it was very quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious and bed was comfortable. I had an issue with my AirBnB stay and had to leave and check in here very last minute. Front desk associate was phenomenal and made me feel very welcome. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I did a walk-through to see what they had and it looked fantastic. Lots of variety. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Spokane.
