This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with children as our bunk room (featuring 2 twin over queen beds) was designed with little ones in mind. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.
Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

The perfect home base for our girls' weekend. The only complaint about the location has nothing to do with the apartment, it's that there is lot of highway noise if you open a window or sit out on the balcony. Other than that, it's comfortable, spacious, has all the amenities you would want (2 bathrooms is wonderful!) and it's decorated so cute! We love being able to cook our own meals, and have enough space to hang out without feeling like we're on top of each other.

Everything was clean and nice inside. It was a great space for a family/group with the multi-bed setup, and the kitchen was large and well equipped. The beds were very firm, too much so for our family, so that would be my only real suggestion for improvement. There isn’t much that could be done about it, but the street noise was quite loud from the third floor since we were overlooking the freeway. Overall it was a good stay and it was in close proximity to all of the family activities planned in Spokane.

Our family of 4 visited for a volleyball tournament. The apartment was perfect for us and the kids. My daughter and son were able to have their own beds and bathroom space, apart from us adults. The space was very clean, cutely decorated, and had all the amenities necessary plus many extras that made the stay wonderful. We will definitely stay again!

The stay was great. I dont mind the road noise but the property is right by the freeway. A couple of the kids had issues with the noise. The apartment was clean and obviously newly renovated. We were only there one night. The hosts were super helpful and communicated everything. I have never used VRBO or any other vacation rental before. They made it super easy. I highly recommend the property.
