The house was nice. The pool nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. The A/C worked great. The WI-FI only worked about 25% of the time. The furniture needs to be updated- especially the mattresses and kitchen appliances. Also, guests need to know that the main floor is the 3rd floor. . . lots and lots of steps! The neighborhood was awesome however the house is very far from the gate and island restaurants.

Excellent location and house was very clean. Proximity to beach and beach access was excellent. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. House was clean but definitely needs some maintenance and upkeep. Decorations were dated and some even broken (a broken picture remains on the wall in the upstairs bathroom). Chairs in living space are very soiled/dirty and need replaced. Pool chairs were dirty and outdoor table and chairs on patio were dirty and very rusted. Bathrooms were very small and dated and the middle level was VERY warm day and night even with AC running. WIFI was spotty at best and definitely needs to be upgraded! Overall, it was fine for our family but I would not recommend for others looking for an updated, more maintained space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was really close to the beach access. The pool was nice also. The only issue was the WiFi didn’t have good signal in the bedrooms, but other than that it was a great week. We would definitely stay again at this house.

Perfect location but entire place needs updating. Cabinet door in bathroom missing, bulbs missing all over and sofas and chairs are due a good cleaning. We still had a ball and would stay again with some updating.
