Nice house with good sized bedrooms. Third level living area means a lot of stair climbing.

Overall the house accommodated our family of 8 nicely. The interior was clean and comfortable, including the beds. There was a small view of the ocean from the 3rd floor and a very short walk to beach access. The 3 flights of stairs weren't a problem for us but renters need to be aware of them. In the kitchen, one of the electrical units on the stove didn't fit properly and we weren't comfortable using it. Also, the coffee pot definitely needs to be replaced. In the shared bathroom a towel rack needs to be repaired or replaced.**One of the main reasons we selected this rental was that a heated pool was listed as an amenity but nothing was mentioned about a 300.00 extra cost required to heat the pool. We only discovered this added expense when we arrived and there was no heated pool. Renters should be informed about that cost up front.
