Sits on a quiet street right in town close to restaurants and 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Half way point between Cincinnati and Lexington where other fun activities are located. The lower level has a living room (pull out couch & ottoman sleeper), half-bath, kitchen, dining room table (6 guest), and the laundry room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The bedrooms are beautifully outfitted with comfortable beds and bedding.We aren’t tv watchers so having a couple chairs on your cute back patio would be a relaxing spot. We did welcome having the little park with a walking trail so close by.Thank you.

It was very convenient to the Arc Encounter which was our destination. Fit perfectly for five adults. Perfect name as it was very cozy and comfortable.
