The house was very nice and had plenty of room for us, but it was listed as a house and not a duplex. Although the rooms didn't seem to be connected, the owner contacted us and said we were too noisy and bothering the neighbors. There were no house rules listed on line or in the house. The only noise would have been from the pitter patter of a three year old. I would not have rented the house if I had known it was a duplex. I think the pictures were misleading and I wondered why the pictures did not show the front of the property. It was a little stressful worrying about bothering the neighbors as we were threatened that if we were too loud they would contact VRBO and take further action. Cute duplex but not a place for a family. We were only there in the evening, so laundry got done late at night. Shouldn't have been able to hear it through the garages.

The property is exactly as it is described . Had one morning without power and the owner brought us coffee and doughnuts. Very close to the Creation and the Ark. Spent time playing games and watching movies. A very relaxing time! Especially enjoyed the trick or treats! Nice neighborhood.

The place had everything my family needed. The kids room was perfect for our 3 young kids. It was close to both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and was easy to get to. The hosts were fairly easy to get ahold of and were willing to help us as needs arose. My family was right at home in this place!

The proximity to the Ark Encounter is excellent, and the rooms and items were clean and comfortable. The remodel on the property for vrbo use could use some touching up/continuation. It was very useful to our family as a place to be in the evening after being away all day. We ate most of our dinners at the house and the cooking situation was OK, we did it!

My husband and I brought two teenagers and my mother to Kentucky for spring break. We felt like the house was our home away from home. The master suite in the basement was super for us as we all had a place to get ready for our day. The owners were just super! This was the perfect spot for our large family. It was clean and well stocked with the needed supplies, It provided the space (sleeping, dining, etc.) that we needed to comfortably visit. The location is perfect for anyone attending almost anything in Northern KY/Greater Cincy and in particular for the Ark Encounter. As owners of a vacation rental in Florida we can certainly say this is a 10/10 for travelers.

They thought of everything! My 5 year old son first noticed the bowl of candy (very safe options for kiddos)! Then we noticed the popcorn packs for our older kids. They had items for our littles to eat with ease. The list goes on for every detail that they took into consideration. I am kinda a germaphobe....this place was cleaner than most hotels I stay at! I am bummed they didn't have a place to offer where we traveled to next! They were VERY responsive to everything we needed. They were fantastic hosts.
