We stayed in this little house on our trip to Noah's Ark. It was in a great location with an easy drive to the Ark. It was a great place to accommodate our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). We cooked easily in the kitchen and were comfortable just relaxing.

The house was perfectly located, clean, and the neighbors were super friendly! We will definitely be back. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels and we loved having the check out instructions spelled out in the binder for us.

We enjoyed the house and the convenience of the proximity of the Ark Encounter. Craig was quick to respond to our messages and our girls loved the bunkbed!

The Blue House was an ideal place for a family reset! We spent the days exploring the area and visiting the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. We returned in the evening to play games and have dinner. The kids were sad to leave - both the house and the sweetest four-legged, neighborhood welcome committee!

Our fam stayed here and it was a cute, quaint little house! Plenty of living space. We don't do any cooking, but it seemed like it had plenty to accommodate that! Only downside I can see if that while it's rural, the road it is on is quite busy always. Couldn't sleep one night, and there were cars going by until 1-2 am. Beyond that, the place was great! Lots of space outside to play in the backyard! About 15 min or so, from The Ark! Craig was great to work with and promptly got back to us when we realized we left a couple things! Super nice!!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect space for our whole family. The full kitchen, laundry, and large bedrooms were great for travelling with kids. A very clean, spacious, and peaceful place. Craig was very prompt in responding to questions or needs during our stay. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, this is it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Overall a good stay and a nice option for a family for a quick overnight. The floors and kitchen were spotless and the country atmosphere was nice! Google maps and Waze struggled to find the address but we found it after a few times. The house is clean and great for a short stay but probably not great for more than a couple of nights max. The host did a nice job communicating before and after and that was appreciated. A few suggestions to make the stay fives across the board. The icemaker and water dispenser in the fridge did not work, and the towels for the bathroom are showing age and the soap was watered down both probably need to be replaced. The recliner in one of the bedrooms has upholstery peeling and the top bunk did not have a bunky board under the mattress so the top sagged over the person underneath. It would be nice to be able to see/ access local news. The connected TV is great but for weather and breaking news it might be good to have an option to local stations. Again overall a good stay and would use again for a a short stay.

Close to the ark encounter and not too far from the Cincinnati Zoo. Place was very clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. I would also recommend to the owner a blackout curtain is needed at the end of the house where the streetlight is.

Fantastic house located rite in the middle of all 3 of our destinations ( the creation museum, the ark encounter, and the Newport aquarium. House had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast a couple days. The beds could definitely use upgrades they were SUPER firm with very flat pillows. Otherwise it was a great stay!

We stopped here on our way to the mid west, and spent a day at the ark! We had a small issue with the a/c on the hot day when we arrived, but the owner was quick to get it fixed and amazingly enough we had a cool house to spend the night at. Owner is very caring and accomidating!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for for our family. It was close to all of our planned activities. During our time we visited the Kentucky Horse Park, The Creation Museum, The Ark Encounter, and The Great American Ballpark. Thank you for making your home available to us.

Craig is very nice so I feel bad that I can't give a better review. This place needs a deep cleaning. Also, it smelled like it was sprayed with Raid; my head was hurting the whole time we were there because of the smell. The beds are way too hard (I like very firm, but this was way too hard). The tub and sink in the bathroom have draining issues. There were multiple other things that I let Craig know about privately, but they were minor. If he addresses what I shared with him, his place would be nice; it has good potential.

The property was spacious and very clean! Great location for me to have my bridal party stay the night before the wedding and get ready here. All my bridesmaids loved the property as well as I did! Craig was very accommodating and the property was very welcoming. Very happy with our stay!

The house was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. A little too close to the road, so there was no front yard, but a large back yard my kids loved playing in. Very quiet area and beautiful rural land surrounding it. Only 10 minutes from town, and close to lots of fun things to do in surrounding towns.

Great home, however my only complaint is the back bedrooms mattress is awful. It’s like sleeping on plywood. We had a very hard time sleeping on it.
