Cozy cottage in very quiet neighborhood is nestled at the waters edge of Apalachicola Bay. Features include; 2 bedrooms and Loft, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, private dock and much more. NO SMOKING. Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Microwave, and more. *Pets Allowed under 30 pounds, $100 non-refundable pet fee.

We enjoyed the water views and the privacy of the house. Perfect location for relaxation. The house needs a little TLC but it’s very comfortable and well stocked in kitchen.

This was the second time we have stayed at Bienvenue. The views are great with beautiful sunsets. It is so relaxing and peaceful! The house needs a little TLC but overall a very nice experience.

I enjoyed staying at Bienvenue, it was wonderful sitting out on the dock and watching the dolphins. I love that you were able to hear the ocean and it was just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. I never did figured out how to use the TV, not sure if there was cable or not , because it never came on. I'm glad I went to the dollar store , there were very limited paper products and no seasonings , salt and pepper. I think the beds could use an update, they were not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place .

This was our 3rd year at Bienvenue and we've reserved if for next year. We love it. It's clean, quiet, in a very secluded neighborhood. It is right on the water and dolphin swim off the end of the dock in the afternoon. I was disappointed that there were some general repairs that needed to be made on a deck railing and one of the blinds that covers a beautiful view would not open in the living room. The living room TV was not programmed well but one of the Suncoast employees gave us a temporary fix.
