Welcome to “Sea Level”! You’ve found your perfect island escape. This unique ground-level home is a game changer for many visitors because there are NO STAIRS to climb! Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, “Sea Level” features a delightful combination of comfort, a private atmosphere, and local charm.
This home is an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a memorable beach vacation or holiday. It features: three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a "half kitchen" with a full wall of extra counter space, double sink and an additional refrigerator, a private pool a few feet from your back door — surrounded by a tall privacy fence, an exterior deck opposite from the entrance, a big yard in the front and a brand new, custom built deck overlooking a large concrete patio space with an outside shower. Our property checks off the list without breaking the bank.
LIVING SPACE
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting and spacious open-concept living area, adorned with pecky cypress walls in tasteful coastal decor and flooded with natural light. The comfortable seating arrangements provide a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxation or gathering with loved ones. The adjacent glass door provides a gorgeous view of the pool, and makes it convenient for keeping an eye on the kiddos, while staying cool indoors. There is a desk available for school work or those lucky enough to work from... the beach?
KITCHEN + DINING
The living area seamlessly transitions into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with new pots & pans, new silverware, your choice of dishes, ample counter space, a dining table with seating for 6, a large counter that hosts seating for 4 additional guests, and all the culinary essentials you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
BEVERAGES: A traditional coffee maker and a Keurig are both provided, as well as a blender to stir up your favorite cocktails.
FOOD: There's never enough room in the fridge... so we gave you TWO! Along with a deep ceiling to floor pantry and loads of extra cabinet space, you'll enjoy two full sized sinks... and enough secondary counter space to prepare meals and entertain for days...
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a deep jacuzzi tub to relax and unwind. The two additional bedrooms are equally charming, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements, and plenty of closet space with hangers. Each room is equipped with a 40” smart-TV with Roku.
The second and third bedroom have an optional connecting door for those preferring a closer connection to small children in an adjacent room. This door can also be locked for privacy. The larger, second bedroom has a king size bed with ample room for a crib and large pack-n-play, a perfect boudoir for parents or those who enjoy extra space. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, providing a peaceful haven to unwind after a day of beach adventures.
The third bedroom provides a comfortable queen-size bed with memory foam top and optional leather futon for an additional sleep space. This room is adjacent to the west facing porch, with its own private entrance.

Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!

We booked it because we was wanting to try somewhere different for vacation. The house itself was nice plenty of room about a three or four minute walk to the beach. The downside was one of the bathrooms. Had an out of order sign on it when we got there one did not have a shower and the one that did have a shower it was very small and they said that the pool was cleaned twice a week, but we was there seven days and no one ever came and cleaned it or vacuumed it there was still sand and dirt on the bottom of the pool the whole time we was there that wasn’t really that big a deal to us, though if we ever went back to St. George Island, we would probably stay there again
