Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family! This condo has never been rented, opening up to the public March 1st 2024!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 9th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen bed and three twins in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 9.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. We also have both of the 4br units on this floor should you need two condos on the same floor to go with this one.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. The house was perfect, it has amazing views from the balcony, the pools that are there my kids loved! The beds are comfortable. The sheets were clean and soft. It’s very spacious! We had three adults and four kids and never felt cramped. I will 100% be back at this rental!
