About this apartment rental
Located in a mostly residential area, this 6th floor , 1230+ square foot condo is on the west end of the beach (minutes away from everything, but with less traffic). Enjoy beautiful gulf views from a 30 ft floor to ceiling glass wall, or from the 28ft balcony. Short walk to the beautiful gulf beach, or the 8 mile 'little lagoon'. Access to pier for fishing and mom crabbing. Heated pool and Fitness Center.
Lots of family oriented entertainment in the area including: golfing, fishing, swimming, biking, water parks, zoo, go karts, restaurants, and outlet shopping. Covered parking. Fully stocked kitchen, and all linens are provided.
This unit sleeps 4-6. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and the sofa sleeper is a Full.
Payments accepted through Paypal. No Smoking. No Pets. No rentals to persons under 25.

The apartment is very clean and large. Beach access is a quick walk and the beach is wonderful. Getting a parking pass is tricky. The office closes at 230. You won't get a pass until the next day after arrival. In the meantime, you will get a notice on your car that you are in violation. Don't freak out.
